would like to thank those who came out to celebrate our 1st Anniversary.
It is difficult to gather everyone together outside of the virtual
world, since we are dispersed around the globe. But in many ways,
I am glad The Compass has become known around the world. That was
my goal when I created this magazine – a virtual space written
and managed by the world.
Despite the cold windy Canadian winter, I must admit we had fun
in our small group; a few drinks in a pub followed by some salsa
dancing to Puerto Rican hits. Check out the few photos I managed
to take before my battery gave up, along with the latest testimonials.
Well, there is always another year, which can only get bigger
and better. Cheers to a successful second year!
